At Montgomery Surgery Center, we accept Medicare and most private insurance plans to make our services accessible to as many patients as possible. If we do participate with your insurance carrier, we will file your claim directly with them.  After your insurance has paid its portion in accordance with your plan coverage, any balance remaining will be billed to the patient. 

 

You will be responsible for any copays or deductibles, which will be collected at the time of service.

 

If we do NOT participate with your insurance carrier, payment will be collected from your prior to your surgery.

 

Depending on your insurance plan, you may receive several bills as a result of the many specialists supporting your procedure.  These may be from:

 

• Montgomery Surgery Center

       For the surgical facilities, equipment, supplies, etc.​

​

• Your Surgeon's Office

       For your doctor, who performed the procedure​

​

• Pennsylvania Anesthesia Coalition (PAC)

       For your anesthesiology services
