Please make sure to arrange for a ride both to and from the surgery center as you will not be permitted to leave without a responsible adult due to the anesthesia you will be receiving.  (If you are having a laser procedure you may be allowed to drive yourself - ask your physician beforehand!)

​We ask that you arrive promptly for your scheduled procedure.​

Upon scheduling your surgery, you will receive a packet of information that is very important for you to review.  Please look over all of the paperwork provided as there may be some forms with strict deadlines that need to be returned to us.

Our staff will contact you by telephone 1-3 days prior to your surgery to let you know the time of your expected arrival and to review your medical history and pre-operative instructions.  We can also address any questions or concerns at that time.

We call the "best number" that was given to our schedulers at your doctor's office, and sometimes we have to leave a message.  Make sure that your physician's office has your most up to date contact information.
